This document assumes that the following applications are installed on
your desktop machine:

- Microsoft ActiveSync
- Program to unzip zip files (e.g. WinZIP)
- Tutorial assumes use of a Compaq iPAQ Pocket PC

Palm OS Tutorial
This document assumes that the following applications are installed on
your desktop machine:
WebSphere Studio Device Developer for the PalmOS
- WebSphere Studio Device Developer
- Palm Desktop
- HotSync Manager
- POSE (Palm emulator)
- PilRC (Palm resource compiler)
- Tutorial assumes use of a Palm handheld running PalmOS 3.5 or greater
