We took what we learned from our experience and crafted intensive, short-duration courses that not only get your people up to speed quickly, but also give them the fundamental understanding to be comfortable with new technologies. As an IBM Premier Business partner, we have extensive experience with the entire WebSphere and Rational product families.

Getting comfortable with the object-oriented paradigm, the Java language and IBM's WebSphere products (in our estimation the most effective team development tool in existence) is not a simple task. From our mentoring, validated by our classroom experiences, we find that people learn very effectively with an experienced guide. Our instructors bring you through iterative development phases, building a real-world application from business-driven development scenarios.
